Project title: GPU Monitoring and Analysis
Project description: This project aims to make analysis of GPU utilization for users and staff easier by developing a pipeline to collect, store, and report on GPU usage for every job submitted to the clusters. This includes a data ingestion pipeline, a database, and reporting tools to allow the monitoring of users and jobs. Using these tools, users and staff can minimize waste of GPU resources.
What did you learn from this project?
This project exposed me to a wide variety of new tooling, such as database management and design. I was also able to collaborate and incorporate feedback from many members of the applications team.
