Engineers have finished with rolling reboots. We are observing the NFS issues have cleared up, but have also identified potential issues with the new SAN. At this time we are still leaving queues paused while we wait for input and guidance from the DataCore engineers. We will provide another update by 3:00 PM EST. 11/25/25.

Work continues on bringing clusters back to normal operation. We will provide another update by 12:00pm EST. 11/25/25.

All clusters began experiencing issues with Data Depot around 8:00 PM EST. Engineers are currently diagnosing the issue and are working to identify a fix. Job scheduling has been paused while this issue is being addressed.
